I am currently subscribed to the Adobe Creative Cloud Student plan, and my subscription is ₹638.38 per month. I have access to Photoshop, but I am unable to use the Generative Fill feature. It shows the message, "Generative Fill currently not available."

I would appreciate it if you could help me with the following:

1. Is Generative Fill included in my student plan?
2. Are there any known issues related to Generative Fill availability in my region or plan?
3. Can you help troubleshoot why this feature isn’t working despite having the correct subscription?
